WineRelease.com's July 15, 2014 Monthly Newsletter.

Greetings from WineRelease.com, now 2,031 winery listings strong.

Attention wineries: I will be sending you a link to update your 2014 and add your 2015 wine releases soon. Be on the lookout for the email and please reply so we can update your releases.

Last month my friend Christophe and I went to T-Vine Cellars. They specialize in Zinfandel, but their Charbono, Grenache, Mixed Blacks and Petite Sirah were also noteworthy.

My wife Chris and I went to Bremer Family Vineyards for a tasting while we had babysitting coverage. Tom Trzesniewski tasted us through their current releases and we enjoyed them all. We fell in love with their bocce ball court, fire place and pizza oven. We hope to replicate all three at our house.

We had some friends in town last Saturday and we had baby sitters so we went to a new restaurant, The Farmer and the Fox, in St. Helena. Joe Humphrey (Meadowood, Murray Circle, Dixie) is the chef here and he did an excellent job with our meals. We ate outside and had game pie, popovers, Scotch egg, boiled poached shrimp, rabbit Wellington, January's Pickles, prime rib and halibut. Everything was excellent. Service was superb by the wait staff and sommelier. We brought a bottle of red and ordered a bottle of white from their interesting and very well priced domestic and import wine list. The total bill, including cocktails, desserts and dessert wines, was just $78 per person before tip.

And now, onto the wines...
