WineRelease.com's October 15, 2009 Monthly Newsletter.

Greetings from WineRelease.com, now 1,489 winery listings strong!

Had a busy month updating WineRelease with the most updates ever... 147 winery updates since the last newsletter. That is a lot of wine release data.

So when my wife and I visited the US in August (as Spain shuts down for the month) we took a look at a property in Napa. Since we sold both our homes before we moved to Madrid earlier this year, we wanted to get back in the real estate market, and both of us love Napa. As of yesterday, we are back in the market with a house on Soda Canyon Road in Napa. Well, the listing is actually two houses, but both are tear downs. The property is worth more without them. In fact, the illegal "grandma unit" has a sink that drains into a creek. I can hear the shrieks from the Napa residents that are reading this. So we will "scrape" it and get permits (6 months to a year in Napa) and build a guest house where we will live and then decide what to do after. Should be an adventure.

Thanks to all who completed the Winery Mailing List survey. I will publish the results early next week.

And now, on to the wine...
