I am saddened by the horrible events of Tuesday, Sept. 11. My sympathies go out to the victims, their families and to everyone else affected by this tragedy.

Turley Cellars
According to Robert Parker, Jr. "Turley offerings have become the reference point for Zinfandel, as they are the most complex, concentrated, hedonistic wines ever produced from this varietal." (Parker's Wine Buying Guide, 5th edition). Although Turley does have a web site, it does not have any interactivity at this time. Lamborn Family Vineyards
Another great Zinfandel producer. Heidi Barrett started as winemaker with their 1997 vintage. Parker writes "This is one of the few 1997 Zinfandels that will improve for several years and last for 7-8." Lamborn is migrating to more direct sales in the future.
