Greetings. WineRelease.com is now 370 wineries strong! Thanks to all those who sent me contact names of wine shops they frequent. I mailed out over 400 letters to various wine shops around the country (with an emphasis on Florida and the NorthWest from two subscribers who sent extensive lists). While everyone is crazy about 2000 Bordeaux, below are US wines to be released in July. July 2001
June's recommended mailing lists: David Arthur David Arthur produces Chardonnay, Meritage and two Cabernet's. His Cabernet's have received rave reviews especially his 1997 Elevation 1147 Cabernet (99 points Wine Spectator on 11/15/00). http://www.davidarthur.com/mailing.htm Harlan Estate Cult favorite, Harlan Estate gets rave reviews for their Cabernet.
