The results from the July 2009 WineRelease Subscriber Survey on Wine Closures are here. This is the first survey, that I am aware, that asks the cork vs screw cap question by “ageable” vs “drink now” wine types, as well as consumer vs trade opinions. I included all the verbatims too. Thank you all for taking the survey and providing great responses. Spoiler alert: Natural cork wins for ‘ageable’, screw cap wins for ‘drinkable now’ wines.
